The JL Industries 1516G25 Clear VU Series is an attractive bubble cabinet made of steel with an acrylic bubble on front of cabinet. 180º extinguisher visibility. Semi-Recess Mounted. The Bubble extends 2-1/2" projection. Cabinet doors are attached by a continuous hinge and equipped with zinc-plated handle and roller catch. Comes with SAF-T-LOK™ theft-deterrent cylinder lock. This lock can be used instead of a break glass lock lever. Cabinets with SAF-T-LOK™ lock appear to be locked and in fact are, but the door can be opened with a sharp pull which breaks the replaceable plastic cam. This deters theft and vandalism and allows quick access to the extinguisher. Replacement cams can be ordered. The tub is constructed of cold rolled steel with white powder coat finish standard.
