Policy Statement / Terms of Agreement

Any transaction entered into with AmeraProducts, Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas, excluding that body of law known as conflicts of law and the united nations conventions on contracts for the sale of goods. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties pertaining to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes in their entirety any and all written or oral agreements previously existing between the parties with respect to such subject matter.


You are responsible for paying any sales or use tax imposed at any time whatsoever on any and all transactions entered into through this site.

Limitation of Liability

Regardless of whether any remedy set forth in this agreement fails of its essential purpose, to the extent permitted by law, in no event will AmeraProducts, Inc. be liable to you for any lost profits, lost savings or incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages, arising out of your use or inability to use the product or the breach of this agreement even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, tort, contract, or otherwise, shall AmeraProducts, Inc. or its suppliers or resellers be liable to you or any other person or entity for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, or any and all other commercial damages or losses, or for any damages in excess of AmeraProducts, Inc. List price for the product purchased, even if AmeraProducts, Inc. shall have been informed of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other party. This limitation of liability shall not apply to liability for death or personal injury to the extent applicable law prohibits such limitation. Furthermore, some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.

You assume full responsibility for the selection of any product(s) purchased on this site to achieve your intended purposes, for the proper installation and use of any product(s) purchased on this site and for verifying the results obtained from use of said product.


The products we supply carry manufacturer's guarantee against manufacturing defects. Please see our website for details on each product or contact a service representative for details.


Shipping to an US Address
Shipping Cost, Freight Cost, and Handling Cost are not included in our prices and is not refundable. Where possible we ship Ground, if the item is too large or too heavy it will be delivered via Freight Line (Truck Line). Shipping time is 7-21 days depending on shipping point and item(s) ordered.

Make sure your address is correct and clearly visible for deliveries.  If the shipper cannot easily find the delivery location your product(s) may be returned to sender.  Reshipping the order may incur additional shipping cost.  If the order is not reshipped the order may be considered a return. The return would be subject to our Returns & Cancellations policy below.  Shipping cost may not be refunded and restocking fees may apply.

Please be sure to check your shipment for damage when you sign for it and notify us of any damage immediately. Note any damage on the delivery ticket and contact the carrier. The receiver is responsible for filing shipping claims with the appropriate carrier. Although AmeraProducts, Inc. will do all that we can to assist you in your claims, we are not responsible for the monetary restitution of any such claims. Call our customer service department at 1-800-608-6568 if you need to order a replacement item while the carrier is responding to your claim.

Shipping Internationally
We only ship to addresses inside the Continental US. NOTE: All sales are final, no returns, and no exchanges. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping. Warranty issues will be between the customer and the manufacturer. The customer may be responsible for shipping cost incurred for warranties. The customer is responsible for shipping cost to the freight forwarding company as well as any cost incurred from the freight forwarding company. Returns & Cancellations

Shipping Cost, Freight Cost, and Handling Cost are not refundable. Should you need to return an item you will need to contact our customer service number to receive a return authorization. Some of the products on the site are not returnable whether they are custom made or not.  Some products like fire extinguisher cabinets have a cancellation fee if the order has been processed.  Products shipped to a locations outside the continental U.S. are not eligible for return or exchange.  Please ask if you have any questions. 

For stock items, there will be a restocking charge and you will be responsible for the freight to return the material to either our warehouse or the manufacturing warehouse from which it shipped. Some products must be returned in 10 days and all other must be returned with in 30 days for refund or exchange (ask your sales person for details). Credit will be issued subject to inspection (product must be return in the original box and in resell-able condition) of the returned material. Please be very careful with your order since some items can be very costly to return. Also review our Payment Policy.

Non-Profit Discounts

To be eligible for any non-profit discounts you must fax or email us a copy of the IRS letter stating your 501(c)(3) Tax Exempt Status. This is the only proof of non-profit status that we will accept. For more information about the 501(c)(3) Tax Exempt Status please see the IRS website Tax Information for Charitable Organizations.

Payment Police

We accept many payment methods. We process payment for internet orders at the same time we create your invoice and/or order your product(s). Orders placed by phone or fax are processed when your are invoiced and/or when your product is ordered.

If a refund is indicated, and a credit card was used, we will credit the appropriate amount back to the credit card. If you paid by check, we will issue a check for the appropriate amount. Many of our products will be manufactured to your specifications. We can not give refunds on these orders once the product has been manufactured. Also review our Return policy.

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services.
