The Academy Series is a Durable, Attractive Aluminum Cabinet that Stands up to Conditions in Commercial Buildings. Door is constructed of anodized aluminum finish. Flush cabinet doors are attached by a continuous hinge and equipped with zinc-plated handle and roller catch. Recessed flanged will be concealed by drywall is 1-1/4" wide. Doors with glazing have 1-1/4" wide trim. Comes with SAF-T-LOK™ theft-deterrent keyed cylinder lock. This lock can be used instead of a break glass lock lever. Cabinets with SAF-T-LOK™ lock appear to be locked and in fact are, but the door can be opened with a sharp pull which breaks the replaceable plastic cam. This deters theft and vandalism and allows quick access to the extinguisher. Replacement cams can be ordered. The tub is constructed of cold rolled steel with silver powder coat finish standard. Tub includes a 1-1/4" wide flange to cover the wall opening and is designed to be concealed by drywall.

The 1024WBG10 comes with clear acrylic glazing standard. The 1024WBG17 comes with clear tempered glass glazing (optional above)
