for Class A and Class K fires. This wet chemical extinguisher is
manufactured with a polished stainless steel cylinder that includes a protective
skirt, a chrome-plated solid brass valve, waterproof stainless steel gauge,
stainless steel handles, and siphon tube.
The Strike First Class K
extinguisher is specifically engineered for use in environments like restaurants
or commercial kitchens where cooking appliances are prevalent. This extinguisher
uses a low pH wet chemical agent that is highly effective at both smothering and
cooling fires that involve combustible cooking oils (such as vegetable oil) and
animal fats.
