The JL Industries KeyCurb™ RKCMA2 Multipurporse Dual Series Supports a Solid
Base and Can Be Designed to Fit Almost Any Complex Installation. KeyCurb Units
are Easy to Install to Support Multiple Pipe Runs or Rooftop Equipment.
Includes:
(2) 24” KeyCurb bridges,
(2) 36” H vertical channel legs,
(1) 24” long cross bar
with adjustable height brackets, and mounting hardware.
Clevis or
Swivel Hangers Sold Separately.
Installation: Position
supports not to exceed 10 foot centers and check each support for equal weight
distribution. Consult with roofing manufacturer’s requirements. Install channel
leg into frame base with hardware provided. Add top frame and adjust to desired
height to ac-commodate customer-supplied brackets.
Warranty: 5 years.
Maintenance: Normal maintenance is not required. However,
semi-annual inspection by the owner is recommended. Inspection shall include
check-ing pipe alignment, weight distribution and proper installation of bolts
and nuts.
Specifiacations:KeyCurb Base: Molded recycled rubber – each
unit is 6″ wide by 10″ long, by 4.88″ high. 5 lbs.
Frame Channel: 1 – 5/8″ x 1 –
5/8″ pre-galvanized channel 24″ long.
Vertical Channel: 1 – 5/8″ x 1 – 5/8″
pre-galvanized channel 36″ height standard. 18″, 24″, 48″, 60″ high also
available.
Horizontal Crossbar Channel: 1 – 5/8″ x 1 – 5/8″ pre-galvanized
channel. Select from 18″, 24″, 36″, 48″.
