The JL Industries 14A Commander AED Cabinet Alarm is a replacement audible alarm used in JL Industries and Activar LifeStart® AED cabinets.  The alarm installs inside the cabinet and provides an audible warning when the AED cabinet door is opened.

The Commander Alarm uses a plunger switch that is activated when the cabinet door opens, producing an 85 dB warning horn.  The alarm automatically stops when the cabinet door is closed or when the cabinet keyed on/off switch is turned to the off position.

The alarm installs inside the AED cabinet and operates on a 9-volt battery power source (battery not included).  The optional JL Industries Strobe Alarm 14SA may also be used with the Commander Alarm to provide a visual flashing warning when the cabinet door is opened.
