Cal-Royal VLV series inverted Y-blade louvers are 90 minute fire rated (see
chart below) for use in fire rated door applications under positive and neutral
pressure. These louvers or door grills can also be use in non-fire rated
doors. These door louvers are manufactured with 18 gauge cold rolled steel frame and blades
and has mitered welded corner
frame construction. Inverted Y-blades are frame supported at 1” increments with
blocked vision design. Single side mounting for non corridor
exposure provides a security for locking doors. Fastening screw included. Designed for 1 ¾” doors. Baked on
standard bronze powder coat
finish.
Note: Order size equal to opening size. Follow all door manufacturer’s
instructions for use and installation of all door louver products.
