The Strike First AW-5 all weather plastic 5 lb. fire extinguisher cabinet is
designed to protect 2.5 lb. and 5 lb. dry chemical fire extinguishers in outdoor
and corrosive environments. Constructed from high impact ABS plastic, the
cabinet will not rust and is resistant to dents, moisture, and UV exposure,
making it suitable for installations where traditional steel cabinets may
require additional maintenance. This fire extinguisher cabinet includes
factory installed gasketing to help reduce the entry of dust and moisture in
outdoor and corrosive environments.
Common applications include outdoor
installations, corrosive environments, marine settings, wastewater treatment
facilities, and other locations exposed to weather, humidity, moisture, or salt
air. The lightweight ABS construction is easy to clean and helps provide
long-term protection for fire extinguishers in both indoor and outdoor
applications.
The AW-5 cabinet is designed for
indoor or outdoor fire extinguisher installations where protection from weather,
moisture, and corrosive conditions is required.
