The RS0201-21 No Waste Replacement spindle is for use in Palmer RD401-21
single roll toilet tissue dispensers and RD421-21 double roll toilet tissue
dispensers.
This replacement has been redesigned and has only one metal pin and spring.
This spindle allows the roll tissue to rotate half a revolution where the
RS0403-21 spindle keeps the roll tissue under constant tension for controlled
delivery but allows the roll to fully rotate.
